Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with their use of CardKnow by ToolZone Lab. CardKnow does not require account registration or login.
ToolZone Labs (“ToolZone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the CardKnow mobile application (the “App”). CardKnow does not require users to create an account or log in. Therefore, there is no account profile, username, password, or login credential stored by us for deletion.
If you would like to request deletion of data that may be associated with your use of CardKnow, please follow the steps below.
Important: Because CardKnow does not use accounts, we may not be able to identify all app usage data as belonging to a specific person. We can only delete or anonymize data that we can reasonably locate and associate with your request.
How to Request Data Deletion

Use the subject line
CardKnow Data Deletion Request. - Tell us that you want your CardKnow data deleted.
Please mention that your request relates to the CardKnow app by ToolZone Lab.
- Include information that helps us locate your data.
You may include your Google Play order ID, subscription details, approximate date of use, device model, Android version, or support ticket details if you previously contacted us. Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information.
- We will review and process your request.
We may ask for additional information if needed to verify the request or locate relevant records. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
Data That May Be Deleted If Identifiable
CardKnow does not require account registration or login, and we do not store account profiles, usernames, passwords, or login credentials. Because the App does not use accounts, we may not be able to identify all app usage data as belonging to a specific person. If we can reasonably locate data associated with your request, and where technically possible and legally permitted, we will delete or anonymize it.
This may include the following limited categories, only if they can be reasonably identified:
Support Request Data
Information you voluntarily provided if you contacted us for support, such as messages, screenshots, issue descriptions, and related support records.
App Usage Records
App-related identifiers, usage records, diagnostic records, and event data that we can reasonably identify and associate with your request.
AI Request Data
AI request data temporarily stored by us, if any, where the data is technically identifiable and associated with your request.
Subscription Internal Records
Subscription-related internal records where deletion is legally and technically permitted and does not prevent us from meeting legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Data We May Keep
Some information may need to be retained after a deletion request where required or permitted by law, or where necessary for legitimate business, security, or compliance purposes. This may include:
Purchase and Subscription Records
Records required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, audit, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, legal compliance, or proof of purchase.
Security and Technical Logs
Security logs, abuse-prevention records, crash reports, and technical records needed to protect the App, users, and our systems.
Legal and Compliance Records
Information that must be retained to comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.
Third-Party Provider Records
Data held by third-party providers according to their own privacy policies and retention rules. Where applicable, we may forward or assist with deletion requests to those providers.
Retention Period
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. Data that can be deleted will be deleted or anonymized after we verify and process your request.
Some records may be retained for as long as necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Where we retain data, we will limit further processing to those purposes.
Before You Submit a Request
Deleting certain data may affect our ability to provide support, verify previous purchases, restore subscriptions, investigate issues, or maintain access to paid features. Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
